Westmoreland County Industrial Development Corporation Receives $100,000 Grant for Geothermal Upgrade at Greenforge

Located along Donohoe Road within Westmoreland Industrial Park I, the office building features office suites with high-end amenities and convenient access to the U.S. Route 30 business corridor. Built in 1980 in collaboration with the Westmoreland Conservation District, the 17,023-square-foot office building has since been renovated with conservation technology that includes geothermal HVAC and a living, “green roof.”
