West Penn Power Sustainable Energy Fund Awards $25,000 Grant to Saint Vincent College

West Penn Power Sustainable Energy Fund (WPPSEF) has awarded a grant of $25,000 to Saint Vincent College to support efforts to reduce energy costs while improving the lighting in parts of two prominent public spaces.
