Unitarian Universalist Fellowship Turns On Its First Solar Electricity System

The 25 kilowatt system will produce enough energy to completely offset the Fellowship’s annual electricity use, making it a “Zero-Electricity” church. “While the primary drive behind this solar project is demonstrating environmental stewardship, savings in utility costs allow our budget to go further,” says Andy Lau, the project’s lead coordinator.
